Pulse AI Consultancy – Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This Free Prize Draw is run by Pulse AI Consultancy Ltd (“Pulse”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17160537), with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Rd, London, N1 7GU.

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to businesses based in the United Kingdom.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over and entering on behalf of a business.
  • The prize draw is intended for organisations with 20 or more employees.
  • Employees of Pulse AI Consultancy Ltd, its affiliates, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

  • The competition opens on 30 April 2026.
  • The closing date is 23:59 (BST) on 31 May 2026.
  • Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

  • Entry is via the official entry form on the Pulse website:

  • Only one entry per organisation will be accepted.
  • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
  • This is a free prize draw.

5. The Prize

  • The prize consists of a complimentary AI Masterclass delivered by Pulse AI Consultancy.
  • The masterclass will be delivered as a structured 90-minute executive briefing aligned to Pulse’s proven framework and methodology.
  • The masterclass will be delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed.
  • The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of winner notification and is subject to mutual availability.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prize.
  • Pulse reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
  • Pulse reserves the right to award this prize to one or more winners.

  • The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
  • The decision of Pulse is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

  • Winner(s) will be notified using the contact details provided at entry within 7 days of the draw.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Pulse reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Winner Details

  • A list of winners can be requested by emailing info@pulseconsultancy.ai (mailto:info@pulseconsultancy.ai) within 30 days of the closing date.

8. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that, if selected, their organisation name may be used by Pulse for promotional purposes (e.g. website, LinkedIn, case study references).
  • No personal contact details will be made public without consent.

9. Marketing & Communications

  • Participants may be contacted by Pulse in relation to the administration of the prize draw and prize fulfilment.
  • Participants may opt-in to receive additional communications; this is not a condition of entry.

10. Data Protection

  • Any personal data submitted will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. and Pulse’s Privacy Policy.
  • Data will only be used for the administration of this competition and related communications unless explicit consent is given otherwise.

11. Third-Party Platforms & Partners

  • This prize draw may be promoted via third-party platforms (including LinkedIn), partner networks, and media outlets.
  • It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of these third parties.
  • All entries are submitted directly to Pulse AI Consultancy Ltd.

Liability

  • Pulse accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. General

  • Pulse reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time without notice where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Pulse reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
